Do I need to be home?

You don’t need to be home; we just need to get into your yard. We always make sure to lock everything up when we leave and will send you a pic of the locked

How long does it take you?

If you're getting a cleaning for the first time or just once, it usually takes anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours. It really depends on how long it's been since the last scoop and how many dogs you have. For regular maintenance scooping, you can expect it to take about 15 to 40 minutes.

Do you scoop in all weather?

Sure thing! We’ll scoop no matter the weather, except for lightning, of course. If things get unsafe, we reschedule. But don’t worry about a little rain or wind—we can handle that without any issues!

Do you take the waste with you?

We don’t take waste off-site. We double bag it and place it right into your trash can!

Can I Place Service on Hold?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  You can put your service on hold for up to 2 weeks, however, your yard must still be kept up by you.  Please note a minimum $30 fee will be charged if your yard has been neglected for all that time.  Additional fees apply if you have added more pets, your yard is now bigger and/or you now want additional served areas that were not being serviced originally.
